Lots 3, 4, 6 & 7 are available. - Is there a model home or any other home we can walk through?
This community does not have a formal model home to walk through and all other homes built by Brooks Homes are sold and owner occupied. Please contact us to schedule an appointment to walk through a home that is currently under construction. - What are the standard finishes included in this home?
Please contact us for the specifications list for this community. - Will I get to select the finishes of my new home?
For presale homes in contract before the framing stage, buyers will be able to select the interior finishes, (i.e. tile colors, cabinet colors, countertops, interior paint, hardwood colors). We partner with a showroom, located in Canyon Park – Bothell to meet our buyers and help them through the color selection process. We have a vast selection of materials available within the features included in the home as well as many upgraded options. - When will the homes be complete?
Lot 3 estimated completion is Sept 2022. The remaining lots will be completed Winter/Spring 2023. Due to unforeseen contractor delays or material shortages, this date may be adjusted. - Do you have any other upcoming communities?
