For presale homes in contract before the framing stage, buyers will be able to select the interior finishes, (i.e. tile colors, cabinet colors, countertops, interior paint, hardwood colors). We partner with a showroom, located in Canyon Park – Bothell to meet our buyers and help them through the color selection process. We have a vast selection of materials available within the features included in the home as well as many upgraded options. - When will the homes be complete?
